The equipment is as good as new and specifically tailored to the needs of fitters, project staff and specialists who arrive as a group and plan a longer stay.
The house was last extensively renovated at the end of 2023. Thanks to our regular cleaning and maintenance, it is in a very good, clean and well-maintained condition.
You can use the entire house to yourself during your stay, even if you are traveling with fewer people.

The house is located in Wesel, ideally positioned between the Ruhr area and the Netherlands/Holland along the A3 motorway. The Ruhr area lies within a radius of around 25-40 kilometers, with cities such as Oberhausen and Duisburg only around 25 kilometers away, and Essen and Bottrop around 30 kilometers away. The Dutch border can be reached via the A3 in just 20-30 minutes.
A bakery, a supermarket, pharmacies and a gas station can be found within 600m.
