10 apartments for each up to 8 Persons with internet and fully furnished. Each apartment has shower room and a separate toilet. Kitchen with kitchen utensils, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Dining room with table and chairs. Three bedrooms each with TV, fridge, beds, cupboards, bedside table, black out curtains. We also equip the accommodation with a washing machine and bed linen.
Six accommodations for up to 8 people each. PRICES: - from €14,- per person, per day flat rate, incl. additional costs. DEPOSIT: - 250,-€ / Person The deposit must be paid with the rental agreement. The rent within the first 3 working days of each month. Due to the current situation, additional costs are adjusted 1/4 annually. For stays of less than 3 months, a cleaning fee of €200 applies.
